​April Faulcon is a wife to her soulmate, Brian, for 31 years, a proud mom of two, a mother-in-love to one, and a loving “Grandma” to one. With over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, she has built a thriving career as a Director specializing in defense contracting and leading high-performing technical recruiting teams. April is known for consistently exceeding hiring goals and finding unique tech talent for special missions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is also an ordained Elder of the Gospel.

April is the visionary and founder of The Prayer Zone and the EmpowerHER Brunch, both of which serve as powerful platforms to uplift, equip, and empower others in faith and purpose. She is the author of Busting Loose for Jesus - and a resume builder and enhancer, interview coach, systems strategist for churches and businesses, and trusted spiritual and business consultant. As a conference and event host, April brings a bold presence, a passion for process, and a deep well of wisdom.

From managing logistics and building out trainings to overseeing website development and executing operations, Brian is always right by April’s side ensuring the excellence, functionality, and faith-aligned flow of everything The Faulcon Group produces. His quiet strength, sharp thinking, and dedication to the mission make him an indispensable part of the team.
